SoIL - bu o&#039;zlarining inklyuziv, individuallashtirilgan ta&#039;lim usullari va tajribasini birlashtirgan oltita hamkorning hamkorligi. Loyihaning maqsadlari quyidagilardan iborat:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Sinfda inklyuziv, individuallashtirilgan o&#039;qitish usullarini baholang.<\/li>\n<li>Kamsituvchi amaliyotlarning oldini olish va ularga qarshi kurashishda kam ta&#039;minlangan o&#039;quvchilarni (jumladan, yangi kelgan migrantlar va nogironlarning bolalari) qamrab olishga ko&#039;maklashish.<\/li>\n<li>O&#039;qituvchilarga barcha o&#039;quvchilarning ehtiyojlarini qondirish va o&#039;quvchilarning xilma-xilligini tushunish imkoniyatini bering.<\/li>\n<li>Axborot va taraqqiyotni tarqatish uchun ekspertlar, o&#039;qituvchilar va siyosat va qaror qabul qiluvchilar tarmog&#039;ini yarating.<\/li>\n<li>O&#039;qituvchilarning imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish uchun ochiq manbalarni yarating.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Seminarlarda inklyuzivlikni targ\u2018ib qilishda foydali ekanligi isbotlangan va sinovdan o\u2018tgan innovatsion inklyuziv amaliyotlar taqdim etiladi. Uch kunlik seminarlar davomida siz quyidagilarni o&#039;rganish imkoniyatiga ega bo&#039;lasiz:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tengdosh o&#039;rganish yondashuvini targ&#039;ib qiluvchi &quot;o&#039;quv idorasi&quot; dan foydalangan holda o&#039;quvchilarni qanday kuchaytirish mumkin<\/li>\n<li>Multimedia Advocacy va Universal Design for Learning yondashuvidan foydalangan holda barcha o&#039;quvchilarni qanday rag&#039;batlantirish va jalb qilish kerak<\/li>\n<li>Raqamli, oson kirish mumkin bo&#039;lgan vositalar va ilovalardan foydalangan holda o&#039;rganishni barcha o&#039;quvchilar uchun qanday qiziqarli qilish mumkin<\/li>\n<li>Oson o&#039;qish - Kapito yondashuvidan foydalangan holda turli sinflarda qanday muloqot qilish kerak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yuqorida sanab o&#039;tilgan usullar bo&#039;yicha ta&#039;lim olishdan manfaatdor bo&#039;lgan va ularni o&#039;z amaliyotida sinab ko&#039;rish yoki qo&#039;llash istagida bo&#039;lgan o&#039;qituvchilar, o&#039;qituvchi yordamchilari, o&#039;qituvchilar va bolalar yoki kattalar ta&#039;limi bilan shug&#039;ullanadigan boshqa shaxslar ro&#039;yxatdan o&#039;tishlari mumkin. Agar sayohat xarajatlari sizning ishtirokingizga to&#039;sqinlik qiladigan bo&#039;lsa, bizda o&#039;qituvchilarning sayohat xarajatlariga yordam berish uchun cheklangan byudjetimiz bor.
